Instructions
Place to macerate in alcohol the basil leaves, well washed and fillet, for a week.
After this time, melt the sugar in a quart of water to form a syrup.
Filtered alcohol and add to syrup.
Mix well, bottled and wait two months before tasting it.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.

- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of sugar
- 50 g of fresh basil leaves
