Basil liqueur
Instructions
Boil water with sugar making it dissolve completely.
When the water has cooled, add alcohol, lemon peel and basil.
After 5 days filtered and bottled.
Excellent after a meal is good too added to tea.
Note: lemons are peeled without grate the Peel.
Obviously both lemons that basil leaves must be washed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol
- 100 cl of water
- 1000 g of sugar
- 50 leaves basil
- 5 lemons (zest)
