Chocolate liqueur
Instructions
Have on hand a glass from the kitchen.
Put in a saucepan to very low heat and 100 grams of the finest chocolate and half a glass of water.
Mixing and treading with a wooden spoon to melt the chocolate in the water.
Once the chocolate is melted add 400 g of sugar and keep on stirring (but always very low heat) until all the sugar has melted into the water.
Then fill the glass of water, pour it into the saucepan and keep on stirring but always very low focus as if the mixture stand boil the liquor would fail.
When the mixture is well mixed cool.
When cooled, add 0.
5 g of vanillin and a glass of alcohol well.
