Lemon verbena liquor
Instructions
Take the lemon verbena leaves keep beautiful and fresh, wash them and dry them one by one.
Put then in a hermetically sealed pot along with the lemon peel and the litre of pure alcohol.
Let marinate for a couple of weeks, shaking the jar once a day.
After this time, add a syrup made with water and sugar, after removing the jar lemon verbena leaves.
Let it sit for another two weeks after that is filtered and bottled wine discs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 60 leaves lemon verbena
- 1 lemon zest (yellow part)
- 100 cl of water
- 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 500 g of sugar
