Cumin liqueur
Instructions
First of all let macerate in a sunny vase grappa and cumin for about fifteen days.
Then add 4 tablespoons sugar and water and hereby for as many days in the Sun.
Spent the time expected strain the liquor, and imbottigliatelo by plugging with Cork and sealing wax.
This particular flavour liquor is consumed right away.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of dry grappa
- 20 g of cumin
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 cl of water
