Liquor of wild strawberries
Instructions
Wash the strawberries only when necessary, letting them dry on paper towels.
Spicciolatele and place them in a vase.
Add the brandy and vanilla cut lengthwise.
Close and let macerate for 1 month, then filtered.
Bring to the boil water and sugar, stirring to dissolve it, and boil for 1 minute.
When the syrup is cold mix alcohol and bottled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of aquavit to 40 degrees
- 500 g of strawberries
- 1 pod vanilla
- 500 g of sugar
- 200 g of water
