Take an airtight vessel with a capacity of 2 litres and put the grappa, a vanilla bean cut lengthwise and sugar.
Wash thoroughly the PEAR under running water and immerse in the vessel without peeling.
At this point, close the jar, expose it to the Sun for 2 months or kept in a warm, dry place.
Bottled time having in mind to find a bottle that is because PEAR will stay inside with the liquor.
