Plum liqueur
Instructions
Let soften prunes, cherries and then pounded with a meat hammer stones, in order to reduce them to mush.
Very finely chop the pulp of the plums and put it in a jar along with the stones, covering everything with alcohol.
Leave to infuse for about twenty days, stirring often.
Make a syrup with the sugar and half cup of water and then add the infused, previously filtered.
Stir and pour the liquor into a bottle and store in a cool place for a month before you consume it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 2 pods of vanilla
- 500 g of sugar
- 300 g of prunes
