Loin pineapple
Instructions
Put in a pan a little butter and Brown the slices of loin, in another Pan fry the pineapple slices (one per slice).
Put aside the pineapple and cooking add onions and tomatoes, Cook for a while.
Finally put the meat over the pineapple back into the Pan and after a last minute of cooking time served.

- Little of butter
- Some slices of lombo
- Some slices of pineapple
- Onion
- Peeled tomatoes
