Instructions

06271 LOIN with CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of pork loin, 2 large slices of cooked ham, 1/2 kg of mushrooms, 6 cheese, 100 ml of skimmed milk, 100 ml of dry white wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

PROCEEDING Season the meat with salt and pepper, then doratela with a little oil.

Pick it up and in the same oil fry the prosciutto divided in half, remove and keep aside.

Add, in the same pan, a little oil and FRY sliced mushrooms to the thin slices, add salt.

Remove them and keep them from together with meat and ham.

Pour the wine, in the same pan, place the cheese and milk, Cook stirring constantly just enough to bind the sauce, season with salt and pepper.

Place ham slices on a serving platter, place the fillets of pork and divide the mushrooms around.

Cover the whole thing with hot sauce and serve immediately.
