Let it bleed the snails in salted water for a few hours and then wash with care.
Pounded in a mortar the garlic with parsley pesto until the end.
Cream.
a little oil and add it to the snails in a pot, cover with water and cook for 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper, mix well and serve in shell.
To remove the clam from the shell used small wooden skewers.
