Fruit salad with ricotta
Instructions
Drain the fruit salad and cherries from the syrup and store it.
Put the fruit in a bowl and mix it.
Sift the ricotta in a bowl and mix in the cream, combine the honey, milk, vanilla sugar, zest and lemon juice and the syrup.
Join this fruit cream, mix well and store in refrigerator, covered, for 1 hour before serving.

- 400 g of macedonia in syrup
- 400 g of cherries in syrup
- 300 g of ricotta
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of milk
