Mild Salad (Macedonia Delicata)
Instructions
Peel Apple, pear and kiwi fruit and cut them into cubes.
Wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them into wedges.
Put all the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with honey.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Divide the yoghurt well cold in 4 bowls, sprinkle the fruit and garnish with almonds fillet.

- 1 pera
- 2 kiwi
- 10 strawberries
- 500 g of white yoghurt
- 5 tablespoons of acacia honey
- 2 tablespoons of peeled almonds
