Mild salad
Instructions
Choose of celery from floods and sodas.
Disconnect the whiter and tender stems and leaves and cooler, wash them thoroughly and dry them well.
Then cut the stalks of celery julienne's ' (a small strips no bigger than a match) and put them in a bowl with celery leaves and cheese cut to ' too ' julienne or into cubes.
In a small bowl mix the yoghurt with the cream, a sprinkling of paprika and lemon.
Season with salt, pepper and pour this sauce over the celery salad and cheese, stirring very gently.
Keep in the refrigerator at least half an hour.

- 2 white celery
- 200 g of dutch cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- Paprika
- Salt
