Instructions
Keep the eggs at room temperature for 2 hours before starting and be careful to separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Take a large bowl, add hot water and dry well.
Add the egg yolks, sprinkle the pretzels and started to beat with a whisk, so constant.
Slowly add the oil and let it incorporate until exhaustion (do not add additional washers if the previous one has not incorporated).
When you have a thick sauce and add lemon juice.

- 1 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper (optional)
