Mandarins fillings
Instructions
Cut in half horizontally 4 mandarins, remove the flesh and keep the skins intact.
Sifting through the flesh of all tangerines, pour into a saucepan, combine sugar, isinglass softened and lemon juice, boil, add the liqueur, distribute this puree in the skins and keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- 6 great mandarins
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 sheet of isinglass
- Mandarin liqueur
