Instructions
Clean and wash the strawberries, but placing them under the free water jet, put them in a bowl and cover with the lemon juice.
Let them soak for a few hours, then pour into a stainless steel pot, cover with sugar and simmer an hour and a half or two until it reaches a certain density.
Just jam it will be cooled down put it in jars and close tightly.
