Instructions

Quickly wash the strawberries and dry them.

Put in saucepan the sugar (about 500 g per kilo of strawberries), add a little water and melt slowly over the fire, let it simmer for a few minutes, pour over the strawberries and let stand for about 1 hour after mixing.

Then boil in saucepan slowly and stirring constantly to get a rather thick, add the liqueur (1 short for 2000 G) and pour hot in glass jars.
