Instructions
Peel chestnuts without sciuparne the surface.
Place in a colander, possibly by copper, and immerse them in a container full of cold water in which has already been dissolved a little flour.
Cook fresh focus, without which they never to boil, for about twenty minutes.
Delete the first cooking water and replace it with the same quantity of water, boiling and already added it to too little flour.
Continue cooking for 1 hour, remove the chestnuts from the fire and remove the outer skin.
Place in a saucepan containing a sugar syrup flavored with vanilla.
