Aubergines and tomatoes in a pan
Instructions
Peel the aubergines, cut into slices lengthwise and keep them in salted water for 30 minutes.
Drain and press them down with your hands to remove any water, then put them in a pan with oil and tomatoes deprived of skin and seeds, salt and pepper.
Allow it to cook while stirring.
