Aubergines and peppers to delicious
Instructions
In a saucepan put the cold tomatoes cut into pieces, the peppers into wedges, diced Eggplant and onion into rings; combine two tablespoons of dietary oil and the chopped parsley.
Put the saucepan on the stove, bring the right degree of heat, season with salt and pepper, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
