Instructions
Wash well the melon, use the flesh to eat and use only the Peel.
Cut the Peel into small pieces, put it in a jar of 200 cl capacity and stoppered with alcohol and let it soak for 40 days.
After 40 days, prepare the syrup with the water and sugar and let cool.
Strain the macerated cantaloupe rind and syrup by adding alcohol, stirring well.
The liquor bottle and used only after 3 months.

- 1 ripe melon
- 500 cl of water
- 500 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 400 g of sugar
