Melon with banderillas
Instructions
24 wooden sticks prepared for skewers.
Bets on each slice of melon are wooden sticks and fit: a toast to bread; cut the pancetta into small dice and put a small nut on each stick, cut the gherkins and put this one on each stick, the sausage cut into pieces that fit on the sticks.
Each carciofino, using a small knife, will be expanded in the middle to form a rose and then it will be put to close each stick.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 large slices of honeydew melon
- 1 slice of bacon (from 150 g slices)
- 24 croutons
- 24 artichokes in olive oil
- 6 gherkins
- 4 frankfurters
