Cod with capers
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and garlic and toss them in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, combine the pitted olives, capers, lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Lay fish in pan, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with wine.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 7 ' wetting occasionally with cooking.

- 600 g of cod fillets
- 100 g of green olives
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
