Instructions
Fill a pot with cold water, add half a cup of vinegar, a sprig of thyme, salt.
Soak the fish, simmer for about 10 minutes, switch off and let it cool in its broth.
Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash.
Drain the fish, split it to trance, removed the bones and then break it into small pieces.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, pepper, add the milk, mashed potatoes, chopped shallots and butter.
Heat the mixture in a water bath.
Should be sprayed with lemon juice filtered to colander, Sprinkle chopped parsley.
Serve with toasted bread crostoni.

- 30 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 potatoes
- 2 shallots
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Chopped parsley
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
