Puff pastry with bacon and fontina
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices of 2-3 mm.
: you have to get about 24 regular slices (you will save the scraps for another preparation).
Heat a cast-iron Grill Pan over high heat and grill the mushrooms on both sides until they will be golden.
Packaged sandwiches at this point by adding a slice of mushroom, half of bacon, a slice of fontina and a fungus.
Finish with another layer of bacon, mushroom and fontina.
Stops with one toothpick each and place it in a sandwich bag of parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Pour a teaspoon of cream, sprinkle with salt and a bit of chopped Rosemary, then close the wrappers.
When all the wrappers are ready, allineateli in a baking dish and place in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately small puff pastry in their wrappers, maybe with a nice salad around.

- 10 cl of cooking cream
- Rosemary
- Salt
