Cheese soup
Instructions
Put to boil 1/2 pot of water and when bubbles add salt and cook the pasta.
Meanwhile, in a soup-tureen work the butter with a wooden spoon, then add the egg and 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
As soon as the pasta is cooked, pour in the soup-tureen with a little cooking water, stir quickly and finally combine the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and Parmesan.

- 200 g of type pasta pasta
- 1 egg
- 20 g of butter
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
