Soup with artichokes
Instructions
Prepare the broth with nuts and 150 cl of water.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces; cut the artichokes into wedges.
Put them in a saucepan with the butter and 3 tablespoons oil and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring.
When cooked, crush the potatoes with a fork and add, little by little, the broth.
Bring to a boil and throw the pastina.
Add salt and bring it to cooking.

- 2 large potatoes
- 3 artichoke hearts
- 100 g of pasta type l
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 bouillon cubes
- Salt
