Soup with beans, artichokes and peas
Instructions
Soak the beans in fresh water.
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and place them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Coarsely chop onions and celery and put them in a pot, combine the beans and artichokes, pour over the olive oil and plenty of water (about 1 l), season with salt and bring to cooking the soup.

- 400 g of fave grainy
- 200 g of large onions
- 6 artichokes
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 lemon
- Salt
