Instructions

Keep the lentils to soak for several hours.

Clean the squid and cut them to pieces rather small.

Cover lentils with a half liter of cold water, bring to the boil.

Add the squid, lower the heat and continue cooking covered pot for an hour.

Half an hour from the end add the herbs wash and chop coarsely.

Adjust the salt.

Finish with a hint of chilli.
