Potato soup
Instructions
Brown 150 g of fresh mushrooms clean with 60 g of butter 100 g of chopped carrots.
Add 80 g of flour and a quart of warm water.
Mix well and add 500 g of peeled potatoes and sliced 2 cloves of garlic, crushed, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and salt.
Bake sweet flame for 30 minutes, add salt, remove the garlic and drizzle with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Marjoram.

- 100 cl of hot water
