Instructions

Peel, wash and slice the onion, Brown in a pan with the butter, add one litre of water and a nut and bring to a boil.

Add the rice and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When cooked, stir the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Mix well and serve.
