Spinach soup (2)
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Wash spinach and slice the onion.
Put the vegetables in a casserole with 100 cl of water and nuts and cook for 1 hour.
Mix everything, add salt, add 25 cl of water and bring to a boil, then return pasta and bring it to cooking.
Serve with grated Parmesan and a knob of butter.

- 200 g of spinach
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 150 g of type pasta pasta
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
