Pumpkin soup (6)
Instructions
Boil the pumpkin cut into pieces in salted water.
Drain and pass through a food mill.
In a saucepan, mix the pumpkin puree with milk and bring to a boil.
Toss the pasta and bake it.
Season the soup with a knob of butter, parmesan cheese, one tablespoon of parsley and a sprinkling of pepper.

- 500 g of clean gourd
- 40 g of type angel hair pasta
- 100 cl of milk
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Sprinkling 1 of pepper
- Salt
