Instructions

Brown in a chopped Bacon and onion with oil and butter turnips washed, Peel and cut into cubes with vegetables for minestrone soup.

Pour hot broth 150 cl, bake for 40 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Finally add chopped parsley, Basil and garlic.

Serve with lots of cheese and other crude oil.
