Instructions

In the preparation of chocolate mousse, it is essential that the Bain-Marie water doesn't exceed the 90-degree temperature.

Attention especially the white chocolate mousse: If, when you add the melted chocolate, milk is formed of lumps, put it back on the stove in a double boiler and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture won't be returned perfectly smooth.

Remove from heat and add the whipped cream left at least cool.
