Two chocolate roll
Instructions
Turn oven to 200 degrees.
Prepare a baking sheet with sides (23 x 33 cm) ungendola lightly with a little oil and foderandola with non-stick parchment paper greased with butter if necessary.
Melt in a double boiler, over low heat, dark chocolate with 7 cl of water.
In a bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar.
When you've got a light and fluffy cream, add melted chocolate.
In another bowl, whip egg whites, was the egg whites and cream blend, very gently, with a metal spoon.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan moving so that the mixture to flow evenly since corners.
Do not spalmatela, this causes air bubbles emerge which serve to make it softer.
Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes, then cover with a damp towel and let cool completely.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix in butter, then cream knitted, little by little, add the icing sugar and enough milk to get a creamy and fluffy.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar a sheet of greaseproof paper.
Rovesciatevi over the dough and remove the card with which you have lined your pan.
Spread the dough with the filling and roll it up chocolate.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Spread the chocolate curls on top of the roll and sprinkle with more icing sugar.

- 200 g of chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 130 g of sugar
- For the filling:
- 80 g of white chocolate
- 80 g of butter at room temperature
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
