Cold tomato mousse
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, Peel, remove the seeds, sprinkle the pretzels, turn upside down because they lose some of their water.
Then beat them, collect the proceeds in a large bowl, add the chives and garlic chopped, shuffled.
Gently stir the mayonnaise, then the yoghurt and cream.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Pour into individual cups.
Put in the refrigerator.
Serve the mousse decorated with basil leaves

- 8 ripe tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- 1 jar of nonfat yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Chives
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
