Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in the water.

Work the flour with the butter, salt, sugar and baking powder until you get a soft dough.

Let it rise for 1 hour, then work on it for a few moments and let it rest for 30 minutes further.

This place, divide the dough into pieces of 70-75 g of round shape, place them on a Board dusted with rice flour and let rise.

When you are properly inflated, arranging them in circles to muffin lined up on a very hot oven, put them in the oven to bake and, halfway through the cooking, turn the other side and finish cooking.
