Marine ribbons
Instructions
Steaming the salmon for 15 minutes, and shrimp for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool and shell the shrimps.
Crumble the salmon with your hands, so you can delete well all plugs, put it in a big soup plate with shrimps, zeste, lemon juice and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bake the ribbons in salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Drain them, put them back in the pot with oil, mix well and upset them in a large tray because cool.
Add the cold marinated fish paste, lumpfish eggs, add a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

- 250 g of type pasta ribbons
- 2 large slices of fresh salmon (400 g)
- 400 g of shrimp
- 1 great lemon (juice and zest)
- 1/2 jar of lumpfish eggs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
