Instructions
In a pan put the peeled potatoes and cut into slices, a little water, olive oil extra virgin olive and salt.
Cook over low heat for a few minutes, remove excess water and place over the fish well dressed with oil extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, Rosemary, oregano and olives.
Bake, 1/2 wet cooking with a little wine and finish cooking over high heat.

- 1/2 cup of white wine
