Instructions
Wash the fish and place in a baking sheet on a bed of onions cut into thin slices.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, remove the seeds and put them around the fish, then top with sliced lemons.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour a tablespoon of olive oil, a glass of white wine and add the bay leaf.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Before serving sprinkle parsley sea bream and chopped thyme.
