Orecchiette with squid
Instructions
Peel broccoli, wash them with abundant water and chop.
Now separated the head of squid from the rest of the body and finely cut into small pieces.
Prepare a sauce with olive oil and a clove of crushed garlic that shall clear away when it is browned.
Dissolve the anchovy fillets in a couple of tablespoons of water and add the paprika, the heads and the pieces of squid.
Cook the orecchiette in boiling salted water along with the peaks of broccoli, drain and mix with the sauce prepared previously.

- 25 fresh calamari
- 350 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 350 broccoli
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pin 1 of chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
