Orecchiette with turnip tops
Instructions
In a saucepan, boil water slightly salty and plunge the orecchiette.
After 10 minutes add the turnip greens and bring to boiling.
Drain, put them on the serving dish held in hot and seasoned with plenty of oil and black pepper.
Accompanying wines: Bolgheri DOC Collio Bianco, Bianco DOC, Gravina DOC.
