Orecchiette with Cauliflower (Orecchiette con I Cavolfiori)
Instructions
Do I turn Golden in no garlic clove oil squeezed and a bit of chili.
Add the cauliflower and let Cook until it loses all the water and takes on the appearance of a delicious Brown mush.
Leave to cool, then add plenty of grated pecorino cheese, a little salt, a ground pepper and another tablespoon of oil.
While cooking add two-three ladles of pasta water to resume body to mush that becomes a mouth-watering cream.

- 300 g of boiled cauliflower
- Cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper
- Olive oil
- Little of salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
- Type pasta orecchiette
