Paeta rosta at melgaragno
Instructions
Clean the Turkey (with giblets), wash it, mend it with salt, pepper and half butter; tie it outside.
Lay down in a baking dish, add the remaining butter, olive oil, Sage and cook in the oven for 3 hours at medium heat.
Sprinkle it occasionally with cooking.
Pour over half the juice of a pomegranate.
When cooked cut it into pieces, drizzle with hot sauce of offal, garnish with pomegranate kernels.
