Using a mixer, blend together cheese, milk, butter and onion until mixture is creamy.
Soon after, with the palms, formed many small balls that will roll in paprika, curry and partly in the other in the chopped chives.
Place on a serving dish not minding to color, keep them in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.
