Tuna zucchini boats
Instructions
Peel Zucchini, eliminatene ends, cut them lengthwise, forming many small scavatele internally and keep aside the pulp thus obtained.
Prepare the filling by mixing the tuna so crumbled, eggs, garlic, parsley, chopped, salt, pepper, bread crumbs soaked in milk and then squeezed the pulp extracted from courgettes, so as to obtain a consistent but very soft.
Stuffed Zucchini boats, arrange in rows on a baking tray well-tightened oiled, wet with a little oil and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.

- 12 zucchini
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
