Spain's pan with custard and blackberries
Instructions
Prepare the custard.
Place the sponge wet Spain with rum in a bowl that has been putting baking paper.
Covering it with a layer of cream and add blackberries.
Repeat until you finish with a layer of more.

- Rum
- For the custard:
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- Vanilla
- Lemon juice
