Bread with Anchovy Butter (Pane con Il Burro All'acciuga)
Instructions
Wash thoroughly de-boned anchovies, 2 dry and spappolatele in the mortar.
Add 50 g of butter in small pieces, mixing a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of pepper, until obtaining a homogeneous sauce.
Spread the sauce over the slices of bread.
